Parenting now a days has lots of problems , one of these regular problem is education of child . Till class X , education is mainly solo responsibility of school & attention by Parents . School has its own role for the development of behaviour & intellectual level till class X . But as a student moves in class XI , most of the schools face difficulty to prepare students for JEE & NEET exams etc. along with school curriculum . It does not means that they are not capable , they are fully capable but the curriculum & calendar of school some times makes it difficult to prepare a student for JEE & NEET. Most of the parents then opt for coaching institutes. A student generally face three front for education at class XI & XII Level - (a) School (b) Tuition (c) Coaching Institute A student faces three types of teaching style , three types of syllabus sequence & three types of evaluation. This can be easy to say , but really a difficult thing for a student...

Child is the reflection of his parents .It is the genetic material which transfer parent's trait to their child . This is a scientific definition. But now a days we see children are very much different from their parents. Parents face lots of anxiety now a days .... due to behaviour of their children . They often used to say that (a) child is too moody (b) child is not doing well in studies (c) child is hyper in his behaviour ..... In other words we can say parents feel that child is not up to their expectations. Child in itself is a complete human . He absorb all the things which he observe around him. What ever parents serve , knowingly or unknowingly , he or she is always influenced by those behaviour . Relation between parents affect the relation of child with society . Arguments among parents affect  psychology of children . He become less creative , less responsible and  more stubborn.  . One case to share here - A couple along with their 15 year kid...

Some times you might have thought that what you aspire for ,didn't happen ! You worked hard , 24 x 7 , but didn't get what you expect ! You tried many ways for success , but didn't find any path of success! Seeing other people who are less efficient than you , getting more than you ! Many times this happens with many of hard working guys. I saw many of my students suffering from this trauma .  Tell me , ever you saw sun is doing efforts for its identity ? Ever sky needs any recognition for its height ? Did Sea make any noise for his depth? I am sure you all know the answer is no ….. Never ….. Ever !!!! So for what you all underestimate your efforts . You may lack recognition now but it never means that you will remain un- noticed for ever. In my opinion keep on working , hard working. Your Rays will automatically define your height . Attitude matters. What you are doing and how you are doing decide the length of the time for which you can retain your success . Work to win …...

It is the time when students are seeking my advice regarding the career selection . Previously I use to suggest them career like IAS ....IPS other govt career etc. but now u am reconsidering my counselling . Is it good to be an IAS like khemka and Durga shakti  nagpal , suffering from their job side as well as from criminal side too. Their own department is not with them .one is against land mafia and suffered lots of transfers , other is facing suspensions. There are so many examples if non IAS who are also facing inquires ,punishments and penalties . What is the benefit if such job? Which give you suffering . Job is for growth and development . But it is highly affected by other people . Do instead of putting my self in a debate for govt or private job , I would like to suggest students to be self dependent , self employed . Empower your self through education so that you can support your self your family and your dreams.
