Government job or private sector job?

It is the time when students are seeking my advice regarding the career selection .

Previously I use to suggest them career like IAS ....IPS other govt career etc. but now u am reconsidering my counselling .

Is it good to be an IAS like khemka and Durga shakti  nagpal , suffering from their job side as well as from criminal side too.

Their own department is not with them .one is against land mafia and suffered lots of transfers , other is facing suspensions. There are so many examples if non IAS who are also facing inquires ,punishments and penalties .

What is the benefit if such job? Which give you suffering .

Job is for growth and development . But it is highly affected by other people .

Do instead of putting my self in a debate for govt or private job , I would like to suggest students to be self dependent , self employed . Empower your self through education so that you can support your self your family and your dreams.
