Child is the reflection of his parents .It is the genetic material which transfer parent's trait to their child . This is a scientific definition. But now a days we see children are very much different from their parents. Parents face lots of anxiety now a days .... due to behaviour of their children . They often used to say that (a) child is too moody (b) child is not doing well in studies (c) child is hyper in his behaviour ..... In other words we can say parents feel that child is not up to their expectations. Child in itself is a complete human . He absorb all the things which he observe around him. What ever parents serve , knowingly or unknowingly , he or she is always influenced by those behaviour . Relation between parents affect the relation of child with society . Arguments among parents affect  psychology of children . He become less creative , less responsible and  more stubborn.  . One case to share here - A couple along with their 15 year kid...

  Transporter strike .... Strike ....strike only strike ....  This is democracy ....everybody has rights to go on strike . Every one wants his/her rights through riots . Nobody  wants to perform his/her duties .... No concern with the sufferings of others .... No concern with public properties ... Only strike .... Strike ....and strikes. Government on the other hand leaves the country in the hands of these strikers .... Remember ... .”सही  फ़ैसल भी ग़लत साबित हो जाता है , अगर सही वक़्त पर ना लिया जाये " A young boy from Gujarat ,who is under age for such activity boldly announced dandi March .Because no one is going to take responsibility of other’s suffering .Neither government and administration is in hurry to fix responsibility of such act.  This is only due to the inefficient education system of our country . Government made policy , not to fail a student till class 8th. Till the age of 14 year we all know a child learn most of the essential emotions of life...

Some times you might have thought that what you aspire for ,didn't happen ! You worked hard , 24 x 7 , but didn't get what you expect ! You tried many ways for success , but didn't find any path of success! Seeing other people who are less efficient than you , getting more than you ! Many times this happens with many of hard working guys. I saw many of my students suffering from this trauma .  Tell me , ever you saw sun is doing efforts for its identity ? Ever sky needs any recognition for its height ? Did Sea make any noise for his depth? I am sure you all know the answer is no ….. Never ….. Ever !!!! So for what you all underestimate your efforts . You may lack recognition now but it never means that you will remain un- noticed for ever. In my opinion keep on working , hard working. Your Rays will automatically define your height . Attitude matters. What you are doing and how you are doing decide the length of the time for which you can retain your success . Work to win …...

Friends many time we take one step forward and many step backward , but in this life "THINGS NEVER REVERSED ". "Once your words outside your mouth , they are not yours." "Once you saw someone , you can't ignore ." "Once you pass one second of your life you can never get that back ." ........ In our life events are beyond our control , but how to behave in those situation is our attitude . It can " built you or Break you ". ..... If destiny put you in any situation , no problem , welcome it with huge smile and tackle it with your attitude. You can earn money but you can never earn your life . It is precious , spend it with a attitude and gratitude .

So called the bosses of education always try to make education more unrealistic . Previously CBSE decides to introduce SA and FA system , which is a fatal system for education . I saw lots of students with low efficiency due to this system .  How can Government introduce this system upto class 10 level , when our competitive exams like IIT-JEE , NEET , NDA etc involve syllabus of full two years in each subject ? The previous SA and FA system decreases the efficiency of our students . Now Big Bosses of education trying to implement OTBA( open text based assessment ) , another disaster for education . This will totally make our student handicapped from memory point of view. Their mode of work will change and they will always search for helping material . Our entrance exams are not open text based . How we can think about generating genius students ? Instead we get Parasitic one . Education policies should be made by taking  views of those who are in direct contact of education a...

Now a days I am very closely observing  such students who are forced to do study 1-2 step ahead than their actual level .  Results are not as expected .  Few questions arise - (A) can it be helpful to start preparing for JEE and PMT at 9th level? (B) what type of strategies should a student follow for better results ? (C) What my friends say , if I not force my child for JEE at 9th level ? In my views - it is the utmost duty of parents  to follow child oriented parenting and not the disable parenting . Decision for our child should be for the development of our child and not for satisfying our ego. All kids are not meant for JEE and PMT. There are large number of options other than engineering and medical branch. 9th and 10 classes should be used for laying strong foundations , by encouraging students for NTSE and KVPY . Yesterday I got another discussion regarding time management with a student .  Parents are expecting 90% and NDA admission , but child has deficiency of time . I at last conclude- Dear students first  of all decide your target , why you wanna study ....example ...you wanna study for IIT or medical....or it may be for your parents ... Or it may be for any other reason ... First of all decide what that single reason for which you want to study . Now remember each and every person in this world has 24 hrs. daily...it may be US president or may be any other ordinary person. Now divide your study hours in such a way , so that you can devote your time for at least three subjects daily. For each subject 70% of the time should be given to current topic and 30% time to any other previous topic for revision. Try to increase your study time per session. Revision is an essential part of studies , maintain it regularly. Try to appear for small tests of each subject on alternate day. Rememb...

I recently encountered with a student who is suffering from severe chemistry phobia. She is otherwise quite intelligent in chemistry but still afraid of chemistry . I had discussion with her for some time and got following observations. 1. She knows all the basics of chemistry . 2. She answered all the questions successfully .  3. She has good command over Physics and biology .      Conclusion is that she is quite good in chemistry but suffering from unseen phobia of chemistry . (A)What can be the remedy ? .... (B)Is there any medicine available ?.. You all can understand this is simply hesitation towards subject and phobia created by others in the life of this brilliant girl . I told her first of all - 1. Daily write 20 times that ... I have no fear of chemistry . 2. Try to change study pattern, Time table management . 3. I also prescribe her to join some ...Test series ...to enhance her confidence. "Because little success can do miracle".

We can get morphology from our parents but not luck .....strength .....intelligence ....it need to be learn and earn ......we can use parents wealth , but can't get their luck ....their intelligence ....it need to be gain ourself . Education and desire to learn is the only tool which can empower us.....

Need motivation!!!!!! ...But who will motivate.....?? Do we need someone to motivate us? Best person to motivate us is ourself. Self motivation is the best in all kind of motivation. It is only our self who know yourself better. Speak with yourself. Stand in front of mirror and ask your doubts ?.....your inner voice will answer in best way. When trying to take a decision but surrounded by doubts !! Don't worry ....just place all the doubts sideways.....just go ahead .....if you wait for right time you will never get that...but if you start your work , time will automatically get adjust according to you . You may have lots of problem....lots of discourages ....disappointments ...never give up ...take deep breath and go ahead... If we have force in our move , no hindrance can stop us.....the force is faith in your self and confidence...

Not understanding what is going on ...what too do , simply seeing certain things happening in front of you ....don't get afraid this is the time of your action ....take a long breath ....stretch your shoulders ...straight your neck....now move confidently. In our life we face such deadlocks so many time , either so many option or none . In those moments we feel lost , defeated . But in reality this is the time to show courage , to cross all the hurdles . Simply have faith , faith in your almighty , faith in your power , faith in your inner self.in this world only those things are present which a super mammal I.e. human can handle . If you can,t handle a thing , remember , that will not exist on this earth , this is the selection of nature. Nature is supreme, it gave power to each human , but only those succeed who has vision . vision is given only to those who has courage , has faith and confidence in himself.

Guys , use your words as tools not as a weapon of destruction. In our daily life we encounter large number of such people , who reacts very rapidly and harshly towards and situation. As you speak some thing they instantly respond and give you a feeling of rejection and humiliation , this makes you speechless. Some time you also respond in same manner. Parents respond rudely to their child .......!!!you don't know you are a kid !!!! Child responded to their parents .......!!!you don't know time has changed!!! Teacher respond students.... Students respond to teacher .... The response chain continue. So we must try to change our attitude towards response . Response is a tool of communication. If you use it well you will have certain good friends Any work can flourish if it benefits our society... you may have worst enemies. Speak with words of love ... Always remember wanna friends ....talk words of friendship ... You should not be a pain dealer but a pain killer. Nev...
