Role of Mantra's in our success !

What are mantra ? A simple question but a wide meaning . "Collection of few words , which helps in gaining desired results" Every ritual in every religion has lots of such mantra's. Mantras are simply few affirmations which we repeat regularly & transfer that in the deep memory of our self. What we think what we are. These words modify our behaviour according to the our desire . If you are a student , Chant your aim religiously  , regularly , you will see change in your attitude. Note - Following video will help you in understanding the "Power of MANTRA "

Organic #Reagents - 4 , Function of KCN, AgCN , Partial hydrolysis , Complete Hydrolysis , Mendius reduction

In alkyl halide Chemistry KCN plays important role for conversion of organic chemistry for increasing 1-C-atom . Organic reagents & Their Functions - Part-3

Best tips for Learning Organic chemistry for NEET , JEE , Class XII & Clas XI.

Fear of organic can be easily rid of if you prepare it systematically. Let's understand the most powerful method to prepare organic for board as well as competitive examinations. Organic chemistry demands repeated written revision. Always revise new organic concept at least 2 times by writing. Page -1 :- On page number 1 just write down mechanism of organic reaction like SN1 , SN2 , SN-Ar & SN-th. Write all the factors of this mechanism along with sample problem on the first page. Page-2 :- On the page number 2 write the topic of general organic chemistry. Inductive effect, resonance effect ,Carbocation, hyperconjugation must be present on this page. Write all the sample problems on this page for these concepts. Page-3 , 4 :- On this page write the function of all the reagents in respective chapters along with the example of that reagent. If you need two pages then use two pages and solve the questions on these two pages. Page-5 :- On this page wri...

What is the Importance of Mock test - Test Series for NEET , JEE , XII , XI

The key of Sure success is the regular mock tests. Mock test means to perform in the real - like environment . PICS INSTITUTE organise free mock test of All India students as well out side students through AITS i.e. All India Test series. Any Student of Class XI & XII can participate in this test. Haloalkanes , Haloarenes & Phenols - Reasoning questions & Answers

NOTE -  CLICK HERE FOR DOWNLOADING THE PDF OF QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1.) Why do haloalkenes under go nucleophillic substitution whereas haloarenes under go electophillic substitution . Ans. Due to more electro negative nature of halide atom in haloalkanes carbon atom becomes slightly positive and is easily attacked by nucleophillic reagents. While in haloarenes due to resonance, carbon atom becomes slightly negative and attacked by electrophillic reagents. reagents. 2.) When an alkyl halide is treated with ethanolic solution of KCN, the major product is alkyl cyanide where as if alkyl halide is treated with AgCN,the major product is alkyl isocyanide. Ans. KCN is ionic they can attach through C or N but C-C bond is strong than C-N bond. So alkyl cyanide is the major product but AgCN is covalent so more electronegative N can attach to C and forms isocyanides. 3.) How do primary , secondary & tertiary alcohols differ in terms of dehydrogenation? Ans. 4.) Why ar...
