Many times we fail to understand about the spontaneity if nature ....a big question why some works are ment to be done , even if they are not planned !!!! This is our Mother Nature's will . In our nature it is the god which handle all the souls . Nothing is beyond his wish . We due to our human nature ,believe that  work is done by us or other , if this would have been the situation the all of us might have magnificent future as well as Royal present . But we need to crosss through many phases which we consider unfavourable . But be calm , try not to get  affected by such situation . Remember everything is perfectly planned by nature for maxim benefit of us .

Life many times give such surprises which we can never expect . Few days back , I have no idea ...that I am going to gateway international school , as chief guest. Principle harinder Chakhaiyar , give a warm welcome . His hospitality was awesome . The staff welcome me with cheerfull smiles . Students are very keen to listen orators .

No copy evaluation work by Haryana board teachers ....... ......how in such atmosphere we can expect from our student  for preparation for JEE / AIPMT etc.... Clash of ego can never be fruitful , neither for administration , nor for teachers and students .... it  simply starts a chain reaction among students , How to avoid work.....how to play with future of others .... Instead teachers can opt alternate path of overwork ....without pay work ..... That will be more use full for them and for students too...

Do many year back ,no body can think about calling from distance ,flying in sky like birds .....watching distant things in TV, but illusion of few people is now in the form of reality with us . So , it is important to get fully involved in fulfilment of your dreams .  First don't  start working for your dreams ,till you are fully prepared for them . Always have vision regarding your dreams , and when you find it always in your mind , in your thoughts , without any efforts , this is the time of action ....go for construction of your dreams ...

We can get morphology from our parents but not luck .....strength .....intelligence ....it need to be learn and earn ......we can use parents wealth , but can't get their luck ....their intelligence ....it need to be gain ourself . Education and desire to learn is the only tool which can empower us.....

It is the time when students are seeking my advice regarding the career selection . Previously I use to suggest them career like IAS ....IPS other govt career etc. but now u am reconsidering my counselling . Is it good to be an IAS like khemka and Durga shakti  nagpal , suffering from their job side as well as from criminal side too. Their own department is not with them .one is against land mafia and suffered lots of transfers , other is facing suspensions. There are so many examples if non IAS who are also facing inquires ,punishments and penalties . What is the benefit if such job? Which give you suffering . Job is for growth and development . But it is highly affected by other people . Do instead of putting my self in a debate for govt or private job , I would like to suggest students to be self dependent , self employed . Empower your self through education so that you can support your self your family and your dreams.

Need motivation!!!!!! ...But who will motivate.....?? Do we need someone to motivate us? Best person to motivate us is ourself. Self motivation is the best in all kind of motivation. It is only our self who know yourself better. Speak with yourself. Stand in front of mirror and ask your doubts ?.....your inner voice will answer in best way. When trying to take a decision but surrounded by doubts !! Don't worry ....just place all the doubts sideways.....just go ahead .....if you wait for right time you will never get that...but if you start your work , time will automatically get adjust according to you . You may have lots of problem....lots of discourages ....disappointments ...never give up ...take deep breath and go ahead... If we have force in our move , no hindrance can stop us.....the force is faith in your self and confidence...

Not understanding what is going on ...what too do , simply seeing certain things happening in front of you ....don't get afraid this is the time of your action ....take a long breath ....stretch your shoulders ...straight your neck....now move confidently. In our life we face such deadlocks so many time , either so many option or none . In those moments we feel lost , defeated . But in reality this is the time to show courage , to cross all the hurdles . Simply have faith , faith in your almighty , faith in your power , faith in your inner self.in this world only those things are present which a super mammal I.e. human can handle . If you can,t handle a thing , remember , that will not exist on this earth , this is the selection of nature. Nature is supreme, it gave power to each human , but only those succeed who has vision . vision is given only to those who has courage , has faith and confidence in himself.

Guys , use your words as tools not as a weapon of destruction. In our daily life we encounter large number of such people , who reacts very rapidly and harshly towards and situation. As you speak some thing they instantly respond and give you a feeling of rejection and humiliation , this makes you speechless. Some time you also respond in same manner. Parents respond rudely to their child .......!!!you don't know you are a kid !!!! Child responded to their parents .......!!!you don't know time has changed!!! Teacher respond students.... Students respond to teacher .... The response chain continue. So we must try to change our attitude towards response . Response is a tool of communication. If you use it well you will have certain good friends Any work can flourish if it benefits our society... you may have worst enemies. Speak with words of love ... I met with one of my friend yesterday. His kid in class 11th . He very confidently and with proud told to me that he never pressurise his kid for what to do or not to do in studies. He set his kid free to do any experiment with studies. Academically that kid is getting down day by day. I know that child personally , I know that the child is fully competent , but little bits low learner. Not coming up with studies continuously bringing down her confidence in studies. She was in a state of trauma , but her parents are constantly saying that we never pressurise them !!!! Guys this is not a right approach which the parents of above mentioned child are following , this is simply putting all the burden on child , and to get rid off from all the responsibilities. Instead they should guide their child , they should understand their child , they should help their child. Today i can say excellency matters. No matter do you have courage or not but you must be excellent in your work. Courage means to go in front of a loin . But excellency means to defeat loin too. Having courage can put us in trouble , but excellence is the only thing which turns our problem into beautiful solutions. But because of less experience that physics teacher was unable to satisfy the expectations of those students. Today is Saturday. According to Indian mythology Saturday is difficult for many...but for me it is too good like any other day. The god Saturn...SHANI DEV.....is the god who loves hard work ...gives enormous name and fame. When all other methods not working, it is the Saturn which comes to save us. This is all in thought again. When we consider our self defeated , then really we are..,,.but as soon as we say , one more try ...our inner power increases many fold...and we can hit our goal more effectively. For today's students I would like to say , never be a follower be a learner. You are student , but you should not be slave of occupied knowledge.....think on topics....invent new .... Those who can invent survive millions of year. Ultimately this is the name which we remember...our face changes with time...our thoughts etc...but our name is a mark of us.

Today is 8th February , is it only another day..or I have to make it special. this should be the first question in everyone mind. Each new day comes with new explorations. We need to creat and find out the possibility in daily life. Find the new ways to connect with others. Remember our life is very precious , plan. It carefully. Every second of our life should be well planned and well maintained. Let the thoughts appear in hour conscious . These give direction to us. Think a lot positively. Talking about a problem is the expansion of problem, but exploring a problem is the real solution of any problem. My problem is that I have no one to talk, but if I keep on telling these words always ....I will never have any one to accompany me. So what next , I should find the way to approach to people ...this can create confusion or doubts in other minds....why I am approaching them...do I have some major interests in them? Again another problem....so what should I need to find a way of healthy meeting , having a phone call , or to have a chat ... I have friends , but my work schedule is forcing me out from their connection . Every person has right to think about him self first , so never ever get rude from others ...if they are putting their interests first....we are humans....

Today again I am thinking what is life....same old question...with no answer in return. Seeing the movie...the social network...about the zukerberg ....it is the fact if we need we invent .... The desire or need must be so intense that we should force ourself completely in that desire... E.g. I am feeling lonely...many time I need some one to talk ..but didn't get any single word from any one...my thoughts are disappearing...they come but no recipient is there ... I am loosing my thoughts....I need some one to channelise my thoughts...Is this going to create something for me....

Students must understand the importance of Timing of action. An action bring no result if didn't taken at proper time . Like seed it undergo in a dormancy period. Vision become only dream if we don't do efforts for realizing them. Success is not Impossible but It is Hard to achieve without Timely taken steps.
