Need motivation!!!!!! ...But who will motivate.....?? Do we need someone to motivate us? Best person to motivate us is ourself. Self motivation is the best in all kind of motivation. It is only our self who know yourself better. Speak with yourself. Stand in front of mirror and ask your doubts ?.....your inner voice will answer in best way. When trying to take a decision but surrounded by doubts !! Don't worry ....just place all the doubts sideways.....just go ahead .....if you wait for right time you will never get that...but if you start your work , time will automatically get adjust according to you . You may have lots of problem....lots of discourages ....disappointments ...never give up ...take deep breath and go ahead... If we have force in our move , no hindrance can stop us.....the force is faith in your self and confidence...

Not understanding what is going on ...what too do , simply seeing certain things happening in front of you ....don't get afraid this is the time of your action ....take a long breath ....stretch your shoulders ...straight your neck....now move confidently. In our life we face such deadlocks so many time , either so many option or none . In those moments we feel lost , defeated . But in reality this is the time to show courage , to cross all the hurdles . Simply have faith , faith in your almighty , faith in your power , faith in your inner self.in this world only those things are present which a super mammal I.e. human can handle . If you can,t handle a thing , remember , that will not exist on this earth , this is the selection of nature. Nature is supreme, it gave power to each human , but only those succeed who has vision . vision is given only to those who has courage , has faith and confidence in himself.

Guys , use your words as tools not as a weapon of destruction. In our daily life we encounter large number of such people , who reacts very rapidly and harshly towards and situation. As you speak some thing they instantly respond and give you a feeling of rejection and humiliation , this makes you speechless. Some time you also respond in same manner. Parents respond rudely to their child .......!!!you don't know you are a kid !!!! Child responded to their parents .......!!!you don't know time has changed!!! Teacher respond students.... Students respond to teacher .... The response chain continue. So we must try to change our attitude towards response . Response is a tool of communication. If you use it well you will have certain good friends Any work can flourish if it benefits our society... you may have worst enemies. Speak with words of love ... Always remember wanna friends ....talk words of friendship ... You should not be a pain dealer but a pain killer. Nev...

I met with one of my friend yesterday. His kid in class 11th . He very confidently and with proud told to me that he never pressurise his kid for what to do or not to do in studies. He set his kid free to do any experiment with studies. Academically that kid is getting down day by day. I know that child personally , I know that the child is fully competent , but little bits low learner. Not coming up with studies continuously bringing down her confidence in studies. She was in a state of trauma , but her parents are constantly saying that we never pressurise them !!!! Guys this is not a right approach which the parents of above mentioned child are following , this is simply putting all the burden on child , and to get rid off from all the responsibilities. Instead they should guide their child , they should understand their child , they should help their child. In the life many times we all require some sort of direction , once we get that miracles are there. For today's paren...

This doesn't matter anybody understand or not....but a person must put his/her all efforts in his/her work. Because we all are responsible for our own destiny...our elders , teachers and parents understand it very well that is why they always warn us about the consequences which they faced in their life...they simply want that their loveable younger shouldn't face those hard challenges ...if have to face then go through them successfully ..your success or failure doesn't contribute to their success , it simply affects a child's life....but it is their ...means elders, teachers and parents ...affection not a revenge ....expressions is not sufficient in life ....right amount of efforts are also needed...never understand others love and affection as hindrance ...take guidance of elders ....they are only trying to shape up our destiny.. Education is the only tool which can make us human. Being as a teacher I wanna call to every teacher to educate some children for the interest of society. By educating our own kid we can make some contribution in the development of society as well as . Our society is at the edge of drastic change , which can be dramatically modified. Today's I am seeing , students indulge them self in drug , abuse ...all time wasting activity. On the name of farewell party , students don't understand , what they are doing is the investment in the disaster. Students are avoiding regular studies, lite night parties, liquor .....what is this ....is this is for which they are educated. If we are hiding a thing , it means that is not good one. Such students are need to be educated , from school side, parents side as well. Today I can say , parents education is the prime importance for today's society . We need inventions , good management. Today i can say excellency matters. No matter do you have courage or not but you must be excellent in your work. Courage means to go in front of a loin . But excellency means to defeat loin too. Having courage can put us in trouble , but excellence is the only thing which turns our problem into beautiful solutions. "Being courageous is a nice thing , but being excellent is everything" I saw an example ... we are organizing foundation course for few intelligent on ambitious students free of coast , I called a physics teacher for them . But because of less experience that physics teacher was unable to satisfy the expectations of those students. In spite of Free course , students refuse to see him next time , Is this not represent the mind of our society - everybody want excellence ... irrespective of the coast factor.
