As we all know #Teaching is a noble profession , but still it was never considered as Primary #career by our youth.  This is a general perception that a child first of should try to become either a #doctor or an IIT'n . If he can't get any other line , then the last option is to become a teacher . I think this illusion is also created by us through our education system. We have lots of stories in kids book mentioning -"एक ग़रीब अध्यापक , सिर्फ़ एक कुर्ते पायजमे मैं खड़ा " ... दूसरी तरफ़ doctor and enjeenier शानो शौकत की ज़िंदगी जीता है "  This kind of thinking require to be reviewed by new horizons . Such books need urgent editing . Teacher is the life builder . Thoughts seeded by him in a child makes his/her personality . Our government should increase the life status of a teacher. #Workplaces of a teacher should be well maintained and glorious.Selection of tea...

We all know very well that as the environment as we are . If it is polluted , we are . If it is vanished , we are . In order to have comfortable life , first step is to make our environment smooth and pure . What we need to do ?... I appreciate even the single and small step towards reducing the pollution , but I welcome those steps which are more practical than theoretical .  DELHI Govt. took initiative by taking decisions like , no car day ... I appreciate it. It is good for our cardiac system too . Also they are thinking in the direction towards alternate day vehicle mode .  Theoretically it sounds good , but practically it is difficult to implement successfully. It has its own limitations like - 1.Misbehaving elements of society in buses and metros . 2.Spreading of diseases like swine flue rapidly , due to rush in public place . 3.Increase in unhygienic conditions. 4.Every institution demand daily attendance and not alternate day attendance etc. ...

 Is it important that someone else care for you? Can't you take care of yourself? That is why relations are there. We all know .."अकेले आये हैं , अकेले जाना है "... If life is a plant then #relations are its nourishment . Every Mineral is important for proper growth and functioning of living system , in the same manner every relation has its own importance for a peaceful and glorious life. हर एक रिश्ता जरूरी होता है। …  So why we forget to maintain cool relationships in our family and our work place?                                                       Relations In Family If some body can live alone.... it does not mean you let them live in isolation. Be with them , cheer them up , show them they have a nice place in your life. It is the era of low tolerance , no restrictions & demand of luxury  with no realization ...

Child is the reflection of his parents .It is the genetic material which transfer parent's trait to their child . This is a scientific definition. But now a days we see children are very much different from their parents. Parents face lots of anxiety now a days .... due to behaviour of their children . They often used to say that (a) child is too moody (b) child is not doing well in studies (c) child is hyper in his behaviour ..... In other words we can say parents feel that child is not up to their expectations. Child in itself is a complete human . He absorb all the things which he observe around him. What ever parents serve , knowingly or unknowingly , he or she is always influenced by those behaviour . Relation between parents affect the relation of child with society . Arguments among parents affect  psychology of children . He become less creative , less responsible and  more stubborn.  . One case to share here - A couple along with their 15 year kid...

  Transporter strike .... Strike ....strike only strike ....  This is democracy ....everybody has rights to go on strike . Every one wants his/her rights through riots . Nobody  wants to perform his/her duties .... No concern with the sufferings of others .... No concern with public properties ... Only strike .... Strike ....and strikes. Government on the other hand leaves the country in the hands of these strikers .... Remember ... .”सही  फ़ैसल भी ग़लत साबित हो जाता है , अगर सही वक़्त पर ना लिया जाये " A young boy from Gujarat ,who is under age for such activity boldly announced dandi March .Because no one is going to take responsibility of other’s suffering .Neither government and administration is in hurry to fix responsibility of such act.  This is only due to the inefficient education system of our country . Government made policy , not to fail a student till class 8th. Till the age of 14 year we all know a child learn most of the essential emotions of life...

Some times you might have thought that what you aspire for ,didn't happen ! You worked hard , 24 x 7 , but didn't get what you expect ! You tried many ways for success , but didn't find any path of success! Seeing other people who are less efficient than you , getting more than you ! Many times this happens with many of hard working guys. I saw many of my students suffering from this trauma .  Tell me , ever you saw sun is doing efforts for its identity ? Ever sky needs any recognition for its height ? Did Sea make any noise for his depth? I am sure you all know the answer is no ….. Never ….. Ever !!!! So for what you all underestimate your efforts . You may lack recognition now but it never means that you will remain un- noticed for ever. In my opinion keep on working , hard working. Your Rays will automatically define your height . Attitude matters. What you are doing and how you are doing decide the length of the time for which you can retain your success . Work to win …...

Break is better than Breakup - Life some times becomes such hectic that it alarms us for a break . Break from a regular routine . I today give a new tag line - "Break to built" From the month of March I am teaching chemistry constantly and exhaustively . Some times I teach with full enthusiasm and some times , I feel that  I am not that much enthusiastic as I ought to be. When such situation arises every year I take a week long break and move to Goa , my perfect destination in India .  There I forget my self that I am a teacher , I know chemistry , I work for 16 hours ...I forget all the things .  I simply keep one thing in my mind ...only 7 days are with me to reorganise me , reconstruct me , to service my attitude and to kill all the insects inside me which stop me from working . I don't roam much , but as much I can I do. Tranquility of atmosphere rejuvenate my soul , flows new energy in me .  I know if I don't take this break , work can break me up . So it is bet...

A real incident I want to share with all of you - A had a talk with one person recently . His family was very well doing in past . But after the demise of his father , his business was badly affected . The person was not much educated . He was not able to revive his business , and now he sold his house and is very low in terms of money .  He was not much educated to start another business or to get a good job .  Now a days he is working as assistant in a store .  In a very sorrow mood , he requested me to educate his child at low cost . He told me that he just wanna educate his child ,so that he should not face such situation in his life .... " The person understand the value of education more than any one else , but so late " ... Friends , remember this is the education , which always helps us in our hard time , education makes us independent . It is the only tool by which we can make life comfortable .

"Learning is. Continuous process " For a teacher , it is more important to trained himself rather than to train others .If a single teacher is well managed , well behaved he/she can groom thousands of others. Teachers are the most important pillar of our society . I strongly urge to government to Pay them well if you wanna built a strong society , otherwise you may have uneducated or badly educated criminals .  Teachers should understand their duties towards society . A teacher must be filled with values , a constant urge of improvement , he/she must have emotionas towards our society . Built a child intellectually , society will automatically improve it self . I strongly condemn those teacher who used to say to their students that their level is not matching with teachers level . This is bad . A teacher is a hydraulic lift , who comes to the student level and than rise their lever higher than their teachers 

Friends many time we take one step forward and many step backward , but in this life "THINGS NEVER REVERSED ". "Once your words outside your mouth , they are not yours." "Once you saw someone , you can't ignore ." "Once you pass one second of your life you can never get that back ." ........ In our life events are beyond our control , but how to behave in those situation is our attitude . It can " built you or Break you ". ..... If destiny put you in any situation , no problem , welcome it with huge smile and tackle it with your attitude. You can earn money but you can never earn your life . It is precious , spend it with a attitude and gratitude .

Today I encounter a parent , highly living towards his kid , ready to give all the things which he can purchase by money . Father has good business , so loving . He told to his boy , enjoy the life ....do whatever you want . Studies are at the 3rd - 4th priorities for him .  What do you think , is this a good kind of parenting ? ... In my views , this over possessive nature of parenting will make his kid handicapped for his entire life in terms of development .  A parent should listen Their child , simultaneously child should be encouraged for earning the luxuries.  A child can be prompted for hard work by offering any suitable reward , may be in terms of A trip , a gift etc.  I recommend to give them lots of love , your time but , not excess of money . Support them but never make them handicap for life.

Every stream has its own significance . Check your genes and your interest . Some time child is good in paternal or maternal subjects , some time a child has his own interest . First check about your interest in your paternal or maternal subject , if you are good in those , go ahead. Because you will get good support of your family too in those subject.  If you are facing difficulty in those subject , go according to your interest . 

PICS Ans-Choice of school is a child centric approach . We can't say at once that you should go to regular or dummy school . It depends what kind of student you are . If you have habit of self study , you can go for dummy school . But if you are some one  who constantly reminded of studies , then go for regular CBSE school. In both the case it is essential that you always remain a  goal oriented student. You should manage your preparation along with your school curriculum i.e. Dummy or regular .

Dear students always remember that ,Change begins at the end of your comfort zone. All the class X,XI and XII student - leave your comfort zone to get luxurious envelop for entire life . No body can take these two years from you , it is you who need to take care of these two years .  Set your target , work for your dream . All the best .

Science student should be educated by giving some target based study ... That may be some question answer based project or may be any other . Transformation always takes place ...you allow or not allow ...it never waits . Time has unique property of being dynamic .. Education in the same manner will transform it self ....it is better to give it a constructive direction . School leaders should encourage teachers to use technology in education ? But question arise - How can school leaders support and encourage teachers reluctant to embrace technology?

So called the bosses of education always try to make education more unrealistic . Previously CBSE decides to introduce SA and FA system , which is a fatal system for education . I saw lots of students with low efficiency due to this system .  How can Government introduce this system upto class 10 level , when our competitive exams like IIT-JEE , NEET , NDA etc involve syllabus of full two years in each subject ? The previous SA and FA system decreases the efficiency of our students . Now Big Bosses of education trying to implement OTBA( open text based assessment ) , another disaster for education . This will totally make our student handicapped from memory point of view. Their mode of work will change and they will always search for helping material . Our entrance exams are not open text based . How we can think about generating genius students ? Instead we get Parasitic one .
