For a teacher , it is more important to trained himself rather than to train others .If a single teacher is well managed , well behaved he/she can groom thousands of others. Teachers are the most important pillar of our society . I strongly urge to government to Pay them well if you wanna built a strong society , otherwise you may have uneducated or badly educated criminals .
Teachers should understand their duties towards society . A teacher must be filled with values , a constant urge of improvement , he/she must have emotionas towards our society .
Built a child intellectually , society will automatically improve it self .
I strongly condemn those teacher who used to say to their students that their level is not matching with teachers level . This is bad . A teacher is a hydraulic lift , who comes to the student level and than rise their lever higher than their teachers
